Civil War era Coin Silver Water Pitcher
in a Grecian-style Medallion pattern
by Wood & Hughes
Marked with the Wood & Hughes hallmark (pre-1870) and 900/1000 for coin silver.
Here is a rare 1850-1865 Horse Medallion water pitcher in Very good condition. 10.75 inches tall x 7 inches spout to handle.
Gothic monogram.
I could find no dents and it rests firmly on a table with no wobble.
Some deep tarnish still visible.
