    Description

    Papua SG 1 MH.  The front of this stamp is bright and very fresh looking.  The back has a problem however: there are two hinge remnants on top of each other, and underneath them is an area of either missing gum or an outright thin.  Having examined the area under magnification and with back lighting, I'm not sure which is.  Clearly though a potential buyer should assume the worst case.
