This item in my EBAY store is a NORTHWOOD WHITE CARNIVAL GLASS  "WISHBONE"  PIE CRUST EDGE BOWL.   This NORTHWOOD  9 3/4" large white "WISHBONE" carnival glass bowl is antique glass that has survived well over 100 years of survival and because of age has now become a beautiful family heirloom piece of glass that is in excellent condition having NO chips, cracks, scratches, and no glass staining;   This NORTHWOOD white American beauty is just the way this "WISHBONE" pie-crust edge bowl left the NORTHWOOD GLASS COMPANY many years ago, surely the couple of people who have once owned this American beauty surely cherrished this piece of NORTHWOOD antique glass according to the condition this "WISHBONE" bowl remains in today;   I may add that this
NORTHWOOD "WISHBONE" PIE-CRUST EDGE SHAPED BOWL is an early NORTHWOOD vintage antique "WISHBONE" carnival glass bowl that has been used and displayed over many years and still remains in beautiful heirloom condition, a very beautiful carnival glass bowl;   I want to mention that this particular "WISHBONE" white bowl that I have here does have the characteristics of the early carnival glass making process having the stress lines, straw marks, and air bubbles some times seen inside the glass of early carnival glass that is also seen inside the glass of this particular "WISHBONE" bowl that I have here, these characteristics are from the production of this American beauty and is not considered damage, any questions at all please e-mail me;
This NORTHWOOD "WISHBONE" pattern is one of NORTHWOOD'S most premier pattern, this white "WISHBONE" carnival glass bowl is NOT marked with the famous NORTHWOOD trade mark, the (N) in a circle with a line underneath the letter (N);   Photographing white carnival glass is the hardest of all colors to show the COLOR and iridescence, this "WISHBONE" white bowl I have here is very frosty and not a washed out white that we see from time to time, I think NORTHWOOD did a spectacular job iridizing this white carnival glass bowl with the iridescence and COLOR that is shown in my photos taken, it certainly is NORTHWOODS best, my photo's show the COLOR and iridescence, after all its all about the........................
