FOUR c18501.82oz COIN SILVER +/- 6” NEWELL HARDING TEASPOONS
From a Connecticut Estate Auction comes this
Group of FOUR c1850 50gr COIN SILVER +/- 6” NEWELL HARDING TEASPOONS.
These spoons measure approximately 5 3/4” - 6” long and together they weigh approximately 1.8 ounces (50 grams) and all have the same N. Harding maker's mark. As in any group of mid 1800's coin silver, condition varies with most having minor dimples in the bowls. They all have monogrammed handles and are very similar in style. Any dark areas or color you may see in the photos are just reflections off the very shiny surface. All of my silver has been lightly polished for its photo shoot but can always benefit from additional polishing. Please see my companion auction tonight with two Harding coin silver serving spoons as well as what I hope is an interesting and eclectic selection of other vintage and antique items.
